Comparing and Ordering Numbers

During Maths, the children have been working very hard on reading and writing as well as partitioning numbers to a million. Most of the children are fluent with this and are mentally able to see patterns/sequences as well as how numbers increase or decrease when we bridge into another place value column. Some use resources to help them and are becoming competent using them.

Today the children were given a challenge to make up a pattern for a partner and their partner had to work out the pattern. They really enjoyed this!
